Everyone has their own favorite flavor of how the world could (or should) end. We take our influences from many sources including Mad Max, Fallout, Deathlands, and many others too numerous to count. What each successful post-apocalyptic universe has in common is a desolate world destroyed enough that it is unlike our own but intact enough for survivors to roam. Basically, the best apocalypse is one that leaves us with a rich world within which our imaginations can run wild with characters and adventures.
